1/2 c. pecans or walnuts
1 (7 oz.) can shredded coconut
1 (15 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. candied cherries, finely chopped

Drop by spoon on greased baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes at 325 F.
