4 large egg yolks
4 -1/2 egg shells of water
1 tsp. salt
flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the egg yolks, salt, and water together. Add flour until dough becomes stiff. Roll out the dough on a floured board until very thin. Cut into thin strips using a pizza cutter. Hang and dry the noodles for one day before you cook them. Boil the noodles for 30 min. or until done. Use the noodles for soup or for other special dishes.
