3 1/2 qts chicken broth (56 oz = 1/2)
1 tbsp parsley flakes (1 1/2 tsp)
Salt to taste; few celery tops
3 c canned tomatoes (1 1/2 c)
4 c cabbage, cut up (2 c)
3/4 c macaroni bow ties (3/8 c)
1/2 c chopped celery (1/4 c)
2 1/2 c potatoes, 1/2" pieces (1 1/4)
1 1/2 c mushrooms (3/4 c)
1 c broccoli florets (1/2 c)
2 1/2 c sliced zucchini (1 1/4 c)
1 1/2 c cooked chicken (3/4 c)

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer broth, parsley, salt, pepper, celery tops, for few minutes. Add tomatoes, simmer a few more minutes. Add cabbage, bows, chopped celery, simmer 10-12 minutes. Add potatoes, mushrooms, broccoli, simmer about 15 minutes. Add zucchini, simmer about 10 minutes. Add chicken, simmer 'til hot.
