1, 9" pre-baked pie shell
5 large tomatoes; sliced and drained on paper towels
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
1 tsp. basil and garlic powder
3/4 cup REAL mayonnaise
1 1/2 cup grated shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine salt, pepper, basil & garlic powder
Start first layer of tomatoes, sprinkle with salt mixture and continue layering tomato & salt mixture until you have a nice mound of tomatoes.
Combine mayo and cheese, spread over top of tomatoes, you will haave quite a mound of tomatoes and topping, but this will cook down.
Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes, let stand 5 minutes before cutting and serving.
