1 Cup bean sprouts
1/2 lb. pork
1 tbsp. oil
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup dices carrots
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup celery cabbage
6 cups chicken broth
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp. soya sauce
Ginger - 2 or 3 slivers
Onion - 1/4 cup chopped
Few shakes of white pepper.

Trim pork well and slice into matchlike strips. Heat oil, ginger and onion in a saucepan; saute pork for 5 mins. Remove ginger and add mushrooms, carrots and celery; saute 5 mins. Stir in broth, celery, cabbage; bring to boil. Taste for seasonings.
