1 lb beef sliced thin
1 lb broccoli flowers, cut with long stems
5 Tbs soy sauce
3 Tbs sugar
2 tsp black pepper
garlic powder
1 onion, sliced
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp MSG (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Marinade sliced beef in soy sauce, sugar, pepper, garlic powder, and sliced onion for half an hour.

Cook beef in soy sauce in wok until done. Remove from pan.

Stir fry broccoli until almost done. Add beef including sauce. Heat through, then add sesame oil and MSG. Serve immediately over hot rice.
