8 oz. cream cheese, softened (reduced fat OK)
1 c. sour cream (reduced fat OK)
1 c. spaghetti or pizza sauce
4 oz. sliced pepperoni, cut into quarters
1/2 c. green pepper, finely chopped
1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
2 c. Monterey jack or mozzarella cheese, finely shredded

Blend cream cheese and sour cream until thoroughly mixed and spread into glass or ceramic baking dish. Spread pizza sauce over top and sprinkle with toppings except cheese. Bake at 350 F for 20-30 minutes or until bubbly. Sprinkle cheese over top immediately after pan is removed from oven. Let cool slightly before serving. Serve with tortilla chips, corn chips or pita crisps.

You can use whatever pizza toppings you choose as long as they are chopped finely. My favorite combo is mushrooms, bacon, and onion served with scoopable corn chips. Yum!
