Chicken, cut-up
eggs
milk
self-rising flower
Ranch Dressing
Lawry's Season Salt
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Salt
Directions:
Directions:
Heat electric skillet with oil (1/4-1/2" deep in oil)
Mix well the milk and eggs
Add 1/2 c. Ranch Dressing, mix well
Add chicken to batter mix and let stand a couple of minutes.
Mix together all other ingredients (to taste)
Add batter chicken to the flour mixture
Place in an electric skillet and cook until golden brown (will need to turn a couple of times)
