4 medium potatoes, boiled
1 medium beet, boiled
1 medium onion
1 (28 oz.) sour kraut, drained
1 (8 oz.) can of peas

Directions:
Directions:
In separate saucepans, cook the beets and potatoes until fully cooked (about 25 minutes). In a separate small skillet, cook the onion in oil on low heat until golden in color. .

Dice the beets into small pieces and stir into the frying pan with the onions. Saute for about 10 minutes. Dice the potatoes into 1 inch pieces. Mix in the contents of the frying pan with the diced potatoes, sour kraut and peas. Mix together, add salt and pepper to taste. ENJOY!
