1 1/2 c. fine graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1/2 stick melted unsalted butter
Combine all ingredients together and press into bottom of pre-greased spring form pan.

2 pkgs. cream cheese (room temperature)
3 eggs
1 (16 oz.) container of sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Combine cream cheese and sugar. Beat with mixer, adding 1 egg at a time until all eggs are added and mixture is a smooth consistency. Fold in 1 (16 oz.) container of sour cream until completedly mixed. Do this by hand. Pour mixture into springform pan and tap pan to let all ingredients settle. Bake at 350 F. for 30 minutes on center oven rack. Cut heat in oven off and leave cheesecake in oven an additional hour. Remove, cool and serve.
Tip: Place small pan of water on lower oven rack while baking.
