1 lb. peeled small to medium shrimp
1 box fettuccine noodles (broken into 6 pieces
1 diced red bell pepper
1 medium onion chopped
1 pt. heavy whipping cream
3 cloves finely chopped garlic
1 c. chopped celery
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. diced carrot (optional)
1/2 stick butter
1 c. milk

Combine garlic, red pepper, onion, celery, salt, pepper and butter in large skillet, over medium heat. Carmelize, add cream and bring to a soft boil and reduce heat. Add 1 cup of milk and break and add noodles. Simmer over medium heat until noodles are soft. Add shrimp and thicken with cornstarch to desired consistency
