Ingredients:
1 Box Angel food cake mix
Fillings - 1 carton coconut pecan frosting, any of your favorite flavor jellies or caramel can be used

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Line two 15 1/2 inch x 10 1/2 inch cookie pan with aluminum foil, ( make sure shiny side is down ). Divide the cake mix between the two pans. Bake
according to package temperature for 15-20 min. or until top is light golden brown. Remove from pan immediately and let cool on waxed paper. After cooled, spread each with any of the above fillings. Roll like a jelly roll. Wrap each roll tightly with wax paper. When ready to serve, sprinkle with powdered sugar. An electric knife works well to cut into slices. Each roll makes 20-24 slices.

Note: To make caramel filling, boil one can of condensed milk in the can for about 3 hours in a pot of water, making sure water is over can. COOL
CAN COMPLETELY BEFORE OPENING. I do this the day before I make the rolls.
