3/4 c. butter
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
6 c. warm milk
8 eggs
1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, melt butter and blend in flour, stirring constantly with whisk. Gradually add warm milk; stirring vigorously until sauce thickens. Add nutmeg, remove from heat and cool. In a separate bowl beat eggs with whisk. Add 1/2 cup cooled sauce to egg mixture; ten pour back into cream sauce; mix. Stir in cheese.
