1 1 and 1/2 lb flank steak
Italian dressing (zesty, regular or reduced calorie)

Directions:
Score steak on both sides. Pour dressing over steak. Cover; marinate in refrigerator several hours or overnight, turning occasionally. Drain. Broil to desired doneness. With knife slanted, carve steak across grain into thin slices.
