2 medium sweet onions
3.5 oz. bacon (approx. 1/4 of a 12 oz. pkg)

2 tomatoes or 3/4 c. canned diced tomatoes
5 oz. or approx. 2 cups sliced mushrooms

1 pt. half and half or cream
salt
pepper
cayenne
parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Cut onions and bacon in little pieces and stirfry in a pan. Drain off most of grease.

Peel tomatoes and cut in little pieces, cut the mushrooms in slices and stirfry with onions and bacon and a little butter.

Add cream. Flavor with salt, pepper, cayenne, and parsley and let it cook until the sauce gets creamy. (about 5 minutes)

Spoon sauce over hot pasta.
