Mix together:
3 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Dry Ingredients:
3 cups flour
1 tsp soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp cardomon (the secret ingredient!)

Other ingredients:
1/2 cup milk
2 cups grated zucchini (scrape out seeds before grating)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla until foamy. Stir in dry ingredients alternately with milk. Mix thoroughly wnd then stir in the zucchini.

Divide batter into 2 greased and lightly floured loaf pans. Bake at 325 for 1 hr.
