2 lbs. shrimp - shelled, deveined and boiled
3 green onions chopped
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
3 tbsp. prepared mustard
3 tbsp. horseradish
1 lemon
2 cloves garlic
1 1/2 tbsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp. tarragon leaves
3/4 c. olive oil

Mix ingredients for sauce slowly beating in olive oil. Add shrimp and marinate 4-6 hours. Serve with thin slices of a French baguette.
