1 c. sugar
2 Tbl. tapioca
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. orange juice
3 c. rhubarb (sliced)
1 c. sliced strawberries
1 T. butter/margarine
1 pastry crust

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, tapioca, salt, nutmeg. Place in 9 pie pan lined with orange pastry. Top with berries. Dot with butter. Bake 40-50 minutes at 400.
Orange Pastry: make regular pastry mix and add 1 T. orange juice.
