3 Tbl. margarine
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1-1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 pinches nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. apples (peeled and sliced)
1/4 c. nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together margarine, sugar, egg and vanilla. Mix together flour, baking soda, nutmeg and cinnamon. Add dry ingredients to creamed ingredients. Pour into a 9x9 or 7x10 greased pan. Bake at 350 oven.
