1-5lb or 2lb Edam cheese ball in red wax
4T mayo
1/3 lg cream cheese
2 capfuls of Sherry
12 shakes Worcestshire sauce
2 dashes Horseradish
Directions:
Directions:
Hollow Edam cheese in red wax to form a shell and finely grate the inside cheese. Mix cheese with mayo, cream cheese, sherry, tabasco, worcestshire and horseradish. When completely mixed, served with crackers.
