Ingredients:  
1 c. cold mashed potatoes
1 c flour
1 egg
tsp. salt
2 quarts water, salted to taste
melted butter
3 T. bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix potatoes, flour, egg and salt. Bring water to a boil and add the salt. Pinch off small pieces of potato mixture and roll between hands to form small finger shape. Drop into boiling water and boil 10 minutes. Drain Toss with melted butter then top with bread crumbs.
