1 large diced white onion
3 large diced tomatoes
4 1/2 c. chicken stock or chicken boullion
2 c. picante auce
3 chicken breasts or 2 large cans chicken
salt, pepper, and cumin to taste
1/2 c. chopped cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Bring the chicken to a boil in the chicken stock. Once the chicken is cooked, remove from chicken stock and add tomatoes, onion, picante sauce, salt, pepper and cumin. Let broth simmer for 10-15 min. Dice cooked chicken and add to broth. Simmer for another 10-15 min. Once your tortilla soup is done, add cilantro. Place tortilla strips, guacamole and cheese in a bowl. Serve soup and ENJOY!
