2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1 T. flour
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c.hot water
1/2 c. horseradish mustard
1 tsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook all but butter over boiling water in double boiler until thick (or cook carefully in microwave 2 minutes at a time stirring between intervals)

Add butter. Stir to blend. Makes 1 pint. Excellent with ham.
