2 pkg. frozen California vegetables
cheese slices
1 can cream of mushroom soup
whole mushrooms (optional)
bread

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-cook vegetables for about half the time recommended on the package. Place in buttered 9x13 baking pan. Add mushroom soup and mushrooms. Place cheese slices on top. Cut crusts off bread. Cut bread into quarters. Dip one side in melted butter. Place buttered side up on vegetables. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes to an hour.
