1 lb. fish
1/2 lb. bacon
1/2 onion
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 T. butter
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Place five slices of bacon in a bake pan of desired size. Place 1 T. butter in pan. Lay fish in pan. Sprinkle garlic salt, pepper, paprika, and 1 T. of butter over fish. Place five slices of bacon on top of fish. Pour 1/2 cup of water in baking pan. Cover. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes and serve.
