12 slices bread, crust removed
6 slices sharp cheddar cheese
pork sausage or bacon, cooked and crumbled
6 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
salt and pepper
3 1/2 cups milk
onion, finely chopped
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
In a buttered 8 x 12 inch Pyrex baking dish, place 6 slices of the bread, crust removed.

Lay slices of sharp cheddar cheese over each slice of bread. On top of cheese, put cooked and crumbled pork sausage or bacon. Top with 6 more slices of bread.

Make mixture of eggs, mustard, salt, pepper, milk and onion. Pour over and sprinkle with paprika. Refrigerate overnight.

Bake at 350º for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
