2 lb. ground beef 2 can cream of mushroom soup 1 medium onion 1 large jar mushrooms 1 large carton sour cream 4 T. flour
Brown hamburger in electric skillet with onion. When cooked and brown, add mushrooms and flour, mix well. Then add soup, let simmer slowly at low heat (250º). Fold in whole large carton of sour cream. Serve on rice or chow mein noodles.
