2 8-oz. potatoes
1 lb. carrots
4 large chicken breasts
8 tbsp. margarine or butter
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 tsp rosemary
1 tsp lemon pepper
1 clove garlic, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Cut each potato into wedges. In 12x8 baking dish, cook potatoes, carrots, and 2 tbsp water, covered, on high in the microwave for 12-14 minutes or until tender. Transfer to serving plate.
In same dish, cook chicken in microwave, covered, for 8-10 minutes until tender. In small bowl, melt butter on high 1 minute; add parsley and remaining ingredients.
Place chicken and vegetables on grill over high heat. Brush with half of the butter mixture. Cook 8-10 minutes or until browned, turning over and brushing with remaining butter mixture halfway through cooking. Makes 4 servings.
