3 medium bananas, peeled and mashed
1 6 oz can orange juice concentrate, partially thawed
1 8 oz can crushed pineapple, with juice
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup half-and-half

Directions:
In a bowl, combine bananas, orange juice concentrate, pineapple with juice, lemon juice, sugar and vanilla. Stir in half-and-half. Pour into ice cream canister. Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer’s directions. Makes about 1 1/2 quarts.
