Boneless skinless chicken breasts
flour
egg
Italian bread crumbs
parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
spaghetti sauce
grated mozzerella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Pound chicken if you donít like it thick. Salt and pepper chicken to taste. Dip chicken in flour, egg and Italian bread crumbs with a little parmesan cheese added. Brown on both sides. Place in buttered cake pan. Pour your favorite spaghetti sauce over the top. Bake covered at 350 for 30-45 minutes. Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese on top and return to oven until melted.

This is a very nice dinner for two. Serve it with your favorite pasta and tossed greens.
