12 slices buttered bread with crusts
1 1/2 lbs. shredded Cheddar cheese
4 c. milk
2 tsp. minced onion
8 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Butter 9x13 pan. Place 6 slices of bread on bottom of pan. Cover with half the cheese. Repeat bread and cheese. Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the bread. Cover and refrigerate over night. Bake one hour at 350.
