1 lb. sausage
1 pkg.( 8 ) crescent rolls
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. hashbrowns, thawed
5 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/2 t. salt and pepper
2 T. Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and mix the thawed hashbrowns in with it. Roll out the crescent rolls on a jelly roll pan to make a flat crust. Sprinkle sausage and hashbrowns on crust. Mix eggs, milk, Parmesan cheese and salt and pepper until well blended. Pour over sausage mixture. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the top. Bake at 375º for 25-30 minutes.
