3 eggs
1 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp.sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Grease pop over pans generously with butter and then spray. Beat eggs; add rest of ingredients and beat until smooth. (eggs, water and milk should be at room temp.)
Bake at 450 for 15 minutes and then at 350 for 45 minutes. Prick with sharp knife 10 minutes before end of baking time to allow steam to escape.
