2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 T. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs
1 c. milk
2 c. blueberries
1 1/3 c. flaked coconut

Streusel Topping:
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 c. butter or margarine

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Cut in shortening until crumbly. Combine eggs and milk; stir into crumb mixture just until moistened. Fold in blueberries. Pour into 2 greased 9 inch round pans. Sprinkle with flaked coconut. Mix together streusel topping ingredients and sprinkle on top. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
