1/4 CUP SUGAR
1/4 TEASPOON SALT
2 1/2 TEASPOONS BAKING POWDER
1/2 CUP (1 STICK) COLD UNSALTED BUTTER
2/3 CUP HALF AND HALF

Directions:
PLACE DRY INGREDIENTS IN BOWL OF PROCESSOR. PULSE FOR A FEW SECONDS TO MIX DRY INGREDIENTS. PULSE IN BUTTER. (YOU MAY CUT IN BUTTER AS YOU WOULD FOR PIE CRUST). MIX IN HALF AND HALF UNTIL JUST BLENDED.(LIKE BISCUITS) YOU CAN DROP BY LARGE TABLESPOON ONTO BAKING SHEET WITH PARCHMENT PAPER OR TURN OUT ON BOARD, KNEED LIGHTLY , PAT OUT, CUT WITH BISCUIT CUTTER OR GLASS. BAKE AT 425 DEGREES FOR 13 T0 14 MINUTES.

THIS RECIPE HAS BEEN USED FOR THE STERLING SERVICE TEA MINISTRY TEAS. AN OUTREACH MINISTRY FOR WOMEN WHO HAVE BEEN TOUCHED BY CANCER.
