4 oz lime juice
1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 8 oz container Cool Whip
1/3 cup sugar
1 graham cracker crust
Green food coloring
Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in sugar. Gradually beat in lime juice until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip, blending well. Add a few drops green food coloring, if desired. Spoon into graham cracker crust. Chill until set, at least 4 hours. Top with Cool Whip or sliced limes if desired. Enjoy!
