Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 lg. cans (28 oz.) of diced tomatoes
2 cans of green chopped chilies
1 med. red or white onion, chopped
Cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Place juice of tomatoes in pan and add green chilies. Simmer on low heat. Add chopped onions to diced tomatoes. Pour cooked mixture over tomatoes and onions. Add cilantro. Chill before serving.

There is no set time to simmer juice of tomatoes and green chilies. I usually chop everything while it cooks and add it when I'm done. Sometimes you won't need all of the tomato juice. I just add until it
looks like a good consistency. I have also added garlic powder.
