2 eggs
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
2 c. Miracle Whip
1 T. mustard
8 lb. red potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs; add water, vinegar, sugar, and beat again. Cook until well blended. Add Miracle Whip and mustard; beat again, Pour over sliced, warm red potatoes. This is enough for 8 lb. of potatoes.
Remainder can be saved for up to 2 weeks in refrig.
