1 strip bacon diced
6 tbsp. orange juice
1/2 cup fat free sour cream
3 tbsp. green onions (white porton only) finely chopped
1 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
1 clove garlic minced
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Cook bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towell. Put in a baggie and break into small pieces.

Add orange juice to the drippings, stir to loosen browned bits from pan.

Place the remaining ingredients in a blender; add orange juice mixture and bacon. Cover and process until smooth.

Store in refrigerator.
