1 head Romaine Lettuce
1 Pear, cut into chunks (I use Bartlet)
1 Avocado
Goganzola cheese, grated (I use Monterey/Swiss)
1 3/4c. slivered Almonds, toasted

1/2 sm. Onion, finely chopped
3/4c. Sugar
1/3c. Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tsp. Dry Mustard
3/4 tsp. Salt
1c. Canola Oil
1/2 tsp. Poppy Seeds

Make salad.
For dressing: Blend first 5 ingredients together, then add oil and poppy seeds. Refrigerate.
Toss into salad before serving.
Optional: pomegranates
mandarin oranges, can
