1 lb sweet potatoes, cut into spears
1 lb russet potatoes, cut into spears
cup Italian dressing
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Toss potatoes with dressing. Place on lightly greased baking sheet. Cook 30 min. Turn potatoes. Cook an additional 30 min. sprinkling with cheese during the last 5 min. Sprinkle with parsley.
