1 lb duck, chunked
1 can pineapple chunks, undrained
1 red pepper, chunked
bacon
1 tsp red pepper flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Marinade duck in pineapple juice and red pepper flakes for at least 30 minutes. Wrap meat with bacon, place on kabob stick with pineapple and pepper chunks. Grill until bacon and duck is done.
