1 (8 oz.) pkg. of cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. milk
1 jar (2.25 oz.) sliced dried beef, finely chopped
1/3 c. greeen onion, chopped
3 tbsp. green pepper (optional)
1 tbsp. pimento (optional)
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Prehead oven to 350 F. Combine cream cheese, sour cream and milk; blend well. Add dried beef, onion, green pepper, pimento and pepper and mix well. Spoon into casserole dish and sprinkle with pecans. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until top becomes light brown. Serve warm.
Serve on toasted french bread slices or on crackers.
