1 (12 oz.) pkg. sliced ham (cubed into small pieces)
1 1/4 c. biscuit mix
1/4 c. melted butter
2 tbsp. hot water
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. half and half
2 tbsp. green onions, thinly sliced
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Chop ham into small pieces. Combine biscuit mix, butter, and water; stir well. Press 1 tbsp. of dough into bottom and sides of well greased mini muffin cups.
Combine ham, egg, half and half, and onion in a small bowl. Spoon 1 tbsp. of this mixture over the dough. Bake at 350º F. for 20 minutes. Take out of oven and sprinkle cheese over tarts. Bake an additional 5 minutes.
Makes approximately 36 tarts.
