1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. ground mustard
Dash of pepper
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
8 bacon strips, fried crisp and crumbled
8 bread slices, crusts removed and toasted

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients; mix well. Stir in the crumbled bacon. Spread the mixture over the toast. Cut each slice of toast into three strips. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 350 F. for 12-14 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Makes approximately 2 dozen.
