2 (1 lb.) pkgs. uncooked pork sausage 4 c. shredded cheddar cheese 1 1/2 c. baking/biscuit mix 1/2 c. finely chopped celery 1/2 c. finely chopped onion 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preheat oven to 375º F. Mix all ingredients and form into 1 inch balls. Bake 15 minutes on ungreased baking sheet until golden brown. These can be frozen uncooked or cooked. Makes approximately 6 dozen (72).
