2 lbs mixed green, yellow and purple beans, trimmed
1/4 lb prosciutto, chopped
1 tbsp oliveoil
2 medium sized onions, halved and thinly sliced
1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beans in boiling water 4 minutes or until crisp-tender. Dreain. Heat large skiller over medium-high heat; add prosciutto, saute' 3 minutes. Remove, set aside. Reduce heat to medium-low; heat olive oil. Add onions and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until light golden. Add beans, prosciutto and black pepper to pan. Heat through.
