Romaine lettuce, chopped or torn
Mandarin orange slices, fresh or canned, drained
celery, chopped
cranberries, fresh or dried
walnuts, chopped

Directions:
Adjust quantities according to the number of people, approximately 1 cup per person for a side salad, 2 cups for a meal. Place lettuce in individual bowls/plates and distribute the other ingredients to your preference. Top with my Raspberry Blueberry Vinaigrette or a purchased raspberry salad dressing of your choice.

Salad can be mixed all together in one big bowl rather than individual plates. Other ingredients you might like to add or substitute: shredded carrots, red or green seedless grapes, pea pods, strawberries, raspberries, kiwi & pecans.
