1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup flour
1 beef bouillon cube or packet
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pinch pepper
2 1/4 cups milk
1-2 dashes Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef; stir in flour, bouillon, salt and pepper and stir well until flour is absorbed. Slowly stir in the milk.

Bring mixture to a simmer; stirring constantly. Cook until thickened, about 5 minutes. Add Worcestershire sauce. Serve on toast, biscuits, English muffins, rice or noodles.
