11/2 lb cubed beef
8 to 10 stalks celery, chopped
onion, chopped
1 tbsp Bear Rabbit molasses
can of Chow Mien Vegetables
2 beef bullion cubes
Soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef with onions. Add 2 cups water and bullion cubes. Add celery, molasses, soy sauce and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for at least 2 hours. Just before serving add canned vegetables and thicken sauce if needed. Serve over Chow Mein noodles.
